Your bulletin is the one piece of paper that every person receives so it’s a critical tool for communicating what your church is about and what you have to offer. When you choose Outreach to print your bulletins, you will get quality printing on high-quality paper at a reasonable price. This larger bulletin size works well for active or larger churches that need more room for more ministry notices and event information. Typically this size bulletin folds in thirds creating a bulletin with 6 panels for design and information, or it can be folded in half. An optional “L” shaped perforation can be added to create a tear-out response card. Minimum order 500 bulletins.The 11 x 17 bulletins come with a standard L-shaped perforated response card. Every order includes two FREE proofs, and orders are shipped within 6-9 business days from artwork approval!

Can you print my Brochure design as a "shell" without text so I can add information later using my own office printer?
Yes, just submit your design file without any text. You will be able to over-print with your weekly text later using a laser printer or copier (ink jet printers are not recommended.

Which folding option should I pick on my custom bulletins? Is this dependent on size or printing?
The folding option you choose is based on the design of your bulletins and how many panels of information you need to include or what finished size you want.

When should I get perfing on my custom bulletins? Is this instead of folding?
Perfing creates a tear off panel on 8.5" x 14" bulletins or an L-shaped tear-out card on the 11" x 17" bulletins - add this option when you have a response or prayer request card included as part of your bulletin design. The perforations make it easier for your visitors to fill out the form and tear it out to turn in. It does not replace Folding. Custom bulletins are shipped to you as flat pieces of paper, add folding if you want Outreach to fold them before we ship them to you.

After I submit my artwork will I get a proof?
No, when you submit your own artwork, our upload system will verify that it meets the art specification and send your file directly to print.
