What does the custom design fee include?
When you order a Full Custom design from Outreach, our professional Graphic Designers will create a design exclusively for your church based on your input. The Design Fee includes the designer's time plus two free proofs so your project looks the way you want. If you need additional proofs, a small fee may be charged on a sliding scale based how extensive the edits are.

What is the turn-time for a Full Custom indoor banner?
Full custom indoor vinyl banners are printed and ready to be shipped 7 business days after your order is placed - providing your art proofs are reviewed in a timely manner. Expedited turn-times are available for an additional fee.

What is the difference between the RollUp Stand options?
The new Premium stand features a space-age aluminum look and a longer lasting, heavy duty rolling mechanism designed for demanding use, choose this option if you will be putting the banner up and taking it down every week. If you will only occassionally move your banner, you can choose the less-expensive Economy or Standard rollup stand.

I previously bought a Rollup banner and stand, can I just change the banner out?
Yes, you can order a replacement banner without a stand. Instructions for how to change out the vinyl in your existing stand can be found on the second page of the PDF here.
